If you purchase an ad and then the publisher refuses to run it that amount will be automatically credit back to your account and it could be used to purchase other ads.

If you purchase an ad by credit card and then contact us prior to the ad running to indicate that you no longer wish to run the ad, the Company will cancel and refund the ad provided that (1) it has not yet started to be displayed and (2) that the Company is informed within 48hrs so that the ad can be canceled during normal business hours prior to the ad start time.

We require a written request stating the reason you are requesting the refund on the product and/or service faxed to our offices.
